From: Claudia Ferris <claudia@productionmagic.ca> Interesting - with the municipal, federal and provincial elections coming up, there will be much lobbying and many promises made. I believe the prov gov't is getting some criticism of the fact that they are imposing tenures and AAC's on local CF's without enough consultation and negotiation, and that there is a huge variety of governance structures in the different CFs. I wonder if they plan to tackle those issues before giving out long term licenses? You think they'd help out in the development of best practices, but I guess they thought they'd let all us community folks experiment and do the best we can.... Claudia
